Planning and conducting user research to inform whether there is value in a "topic browser" app concept.

PROBLEM

The start-up requested to help mock-up 2 different directions for an app concept and to test with users.

OUTCOME

Feedback for client on which direction to explore further based on user research.

METHODS

• Sketching

• Low-fidelity mock-ups with Adobe Illustrator

• Group discussions with users

• Guerrilla testing: coffee shop user tests
